How to move emails to Focused in Outlook
1. Manually Move Emails
Select the second option to train Outlook.
2. Create an Inbox Rule
If Outlook doesn’t learn automatically, you can set up a rule:

Go to Home > Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts.

Click New Rule.

Choose Move messages from someone to a folder.

Set the condition (e.g., from a specific sender or subject).

Choose Inbox as the folder, which ensures it will appear in Focused (rules apply before the Focused Inbox split).
3. Mark Important Contacts or Domains
4. Turn Off “Other” (Optional)
